Meet the Owner

As an avid outdoorsman, I have been sharpening knives and blades of all kinds for most of my adult life. Some of these techniques were handed down to me from my grandparents …especially my grandmother who sharpened all of her own yard tools! Then, when my wife was in beauty school, I learned to sharpen shears and clippers. One of the most interesting aspects of sharpening is that I continually encounter new objects, am learning new techniques and utilizing state of the art equipment in order to hone my craft. I strive to blend the time honored family traditions with the use of innovative machinery in order to create the best finished product possible. And now, with Treasure Valley Mobile Sharpening, I get to share all that I have learned with our beautiful Boise community!
